This is a Car Hub credit application that will result in inquiries on your credit report. This application is to determine the availability of credit and estimated credit terms to purchase the vehicle you select. A subsequent credit application is required for specific credit terms. If you provide applicant and co-applicant information, you agree that you intend to apply for joint credit. Vehicle must not be for commercial use or export (e.g., Uber, Lyft, GrubHub, Instacart, or other delivery, transport, or hauling services). In these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” mean the person(s) identified in this application. These Terms and Conditions apply to this application and any subsequent Car Hub application(s). If you provide applicant and co-applicant information, you agree that you are authorized to submit this application and any subsequent application(s) on your co-applicant’s behalf. Your application is complete, accurate and subject to verification by each finance source. A subsequent application is required to make any changes to your application information. Any changes to your application or credit report information could result in less favorable terms or a decline. If Car Hub's In-House Financing reviews and approves your application, it may not be sent to other finance sources. Car Hub and each of its finance sources will obtain and use your credit reports and verify your information. The following conditions and restrictions apply to any Car Hub pre-approval: Invalid for applicants under the age of 18 (or 19 in Alabama); and Satisfaction of finance source conditions and documentation requirements. You expressly consent that Car Hub and its finance sources may contact you (by calls, emails, text messages or other electronic messages) for any purpose related to your application by any means, including but not limited to the use of prerecorded / artificial voice messages or automatic dialing devices. Your express consent applies to any email addresses or telephone numbers you provide, including email addresses or cellular telephone numbers (a) that you and others may use and access; and (b) for which you may incur voice, data or other charges. You agree that Car Hub and its finance sources may monitor and record telephone calls regarding your application.
State Specific Notices & Agreements
California Residents: A married applicant may apply for an individual account.
Married Wisconsin Residents:No provision of a marital property agreement, a unilateral settlement agreement under Wis. Stat. §766.59, or a court decree under Wis. Stat. §766.70 adversely affects the interest of the creditor unless the creditor, prior to the time the credit is granted, is furnished a copy of the agreement, statement or decree, or has actual knowledge of the adverse provision when the obligation is incurred.
Ohio Residents: The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
New York Residents: A consumer credit report may be ordered in connection with this application, or subsequently with the update, renewal or extension of credit. Upon your request, you will be informed of whether or not a consumer credit report was ordered, and if it was, you will be given the name and address of the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report.
Rhode Island and Vermont Residents: A consumer credit report may be ordered in connection with this application, or subsequently for purposes of review or collection of the account, or other legitimate purposes associated with the account.
Maine Residents: The buyer has the freedom to choose the agent or insurer through which the buyer obtains any insurance required under a credit sale agreement. Obtaining insurance from a particular agent or broker does not affect the creditor’s decision to extend credit unless the coverage is inadequate under the terms of the credit sale agreement or otherwise not acceptable to the creditor.
